Refund Policy

No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any paid subscription plans.
Why
OpenPing offers a generous free tier (25 monitors, 3-minute checks, email alerts) that lets you fully evaluate the product before upgrading. We encourage you to use the free plan to make sure OpenPing meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel:
- You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account is downgraded to the free plan
- Your monitors remain active (up to 25 on the free plan)
- No further charges are made
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, or unauthorized transaction), contact us at support@openping.io within 14 days of the charge. We'll investigate and correct any billing errors.
