Is the free plan really free for businesses?
Yes. Unlike some competitors, we don't restrict our free plan to non-commercial use. Monitor your business websites, SaaS apps, client projects — it's all fine. 25 monitors, no credit card, no catch.
I had 50 monitors on Freshping. Can I keep that many?
Our free plan includes 25 monitors. The Starter plan ($7/mo) gives you 50 monitors with 1-minute checks — roughly what Freshping offered. We wish we could match 50 free monitors, but we need a sustainable business model to avoid Freshping's fate.
How fast will I get alerted when my site goes down?
On the free plan, we check every 3 minutes. When we detect a change, the alert fires within seconds. On paid plans, checks run every 30-60 seconds depending on your tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel my paid plan?
You're downgraded to the free plan. Your monitors stay active (up to 25), and you keep 90 days of uptime history. Nothing gets deleted immediately.
Do you check from multiple locations?
Currently we check from a single region. Multi-region checking is on our roadmap for paid plans. We're upfront about this — we'd rather be honest than claim coverage we don't have.
